basically candy’s agency has been after professor cheolho park (hajun’s dad) because he used to work for the agency and was making blueprints of missals. (Missals are basically kind of like flying bombs). When Cheolho said he wouldn’t be making the missals anymore and resigned- the agency then planned to go after him. So- the agency’s actually the bad guys, not Hajun’s dad.
I suggest reading the dialogue over and over again- or maybe not skimming through it. :)
