Tbh it doesn't match the title... and most of all... wtf is wrong with people? Picking a fight with a kid because he's a bastard? Too weak and cowardly to go after the one who fcked someone that was not his wife huh? And why be so obsessed with the legitimate kids anyway? That's Lee and not Baek (surname of the wife) clan right? Like whf is half blood or not being pure blooded? Unless clan head is banging his own sister all of them have only half Lee blood anyway... Mfks acting like having her blood is more important than the patriarch's? That doesn't make sense at all!
And honestly if you gonna bring him in at least keep your bish and her kids on a leash tight enough that they don't go around biting others. No way in hell he doesn't know how unfairly he is being treated or the ones behind it. One fckin time that he destroyed the responsible would be enough.
Again... the story is not bad but this whole targeting the bastard son is way overused and senseless...

Right? Like, I get the wife and her kids wanting distance but... targeting them like this... it's not his fault the old man couldn't keep it in his pants right? If its so bad divorce and go back to her family's house... if she stays shut it and accept it. I'm not gonna blame her like she couldn't keep her husband home cuz it's not her fault... but staying with a cheating pos is her choice so shut it and accept it...
Sorry it's just such a common topic that it pisses me off... cuz there's never any consequences for the cheater...

Cuz I think it ended well... but at the same time I think it could have more.... but I also like that they finalized it instead of making it eternally long... but I wish we had some side stories too... but it is also a good point to end it... but I wouldn't mind a 2nd season...
So... mixed feelings... think I'll go read the novel... again... from the start... but this comic will certainly be one of those I'll come back to and read again from time to time...

Tbh when I first stardes the novel I didn't like too much.. ended dropping and not getting why the hype. Mainly because the writing style didn't fit well with me at the time... when the comic came up i liked it but felt it was... way lighter and less mysterious than the novel. This new art seems to fit the work better.
But lets be honest... I have 0 patience for a chapter every other week... and they seem very short as well. I'll keep reading this to have a guideline to the characters looks but will probably go for the novel. I'm kinda tired of comics that go on for years and years with no end in sight. It's torture for binge-readers... novel it is. I guess now that I'm older I'll like the novel better.

Totally feel you in this!! I also started reading this back when this comic got its first release so I started to read the novel. Or well, I tried lol. Dropped it pretty quickly because I could just not get through it, however like a year ago I started again and I was flying through it. It’s so good! And actually hype worthy which is rare these days. If you ever feel like picking it up again I hope you have a better reading experience, just like I did <3

Webnovel... that's a place I haven't gone to in some time... I used it a whole effing lot at the beginning... when they were still promising most novels would stay free... then... they slowly started pay-walling things... till it became basically pay per read... I wonder if there's still anything free there... last time I've been there even the fandics written by readers were paid already...

Got baited by the cool cover and got massively disappointed. Just another harem dream where the plot armor is the only reason women are interested in the mc. He is not as handsome as in the cover, not as intelligent as author wants to make him be and not as charismatic as such a character should be to be a good comic with these settings.
The cursed/blessed to get attention from evil aligned peope is such have such a great potential for a interesting comic... but it's wated on an harem... and really this isn't even one of those where mc has multiple women falling for him as result of the plot... is one of those where the plot and everything else revolves around women being exageratedly into mc... and worse, competing with each other for him.
I should've expected this from that first chapter but it was such a waste... even the art that is cool and with detailed clothes feel wasted by giving the female students miniskirts and heels when theres fighting involved.. I feel even more betrayed cuz the cover looks nice...

I like the fact that it's fast paced... now... I just wish mc had been honest with them and them with her... I don't think this "misunderstanding" will affect the plot enough for it to exist tbh...
However... I don't really see anything that really makes me want to read it. Like... it has nothing really special about it. The main point to me is really it being fast paced and the hope it will end in less than 200 chapters... if less than a 100 even better. It's not like I think it's bad and want it to just end... I'm just... honestly tired of never-ending stories.. like.. with weekly chapters it takes years to finish them... sometimes I just want to read something short yn...

To go and read the novel again

Sure!

If you don't do so I also recommend using the novelupdates site to keep track of the novels you read. Here's the novel page on the site:

Omg... the hair drill curls... I can't... I can overlook her bratty and arrogant behavior since she is a literal princess as it seems... but good Lord... her hair is horrendous! It's even worse than MC's white shirt! Let's hope she doesn't stay for long... her hair really trows me off...

Yeah... at least she didn't go all tsundere with an inferiority complex on him... what I like most in this is that it doesn't use women as plot device all the time with a bunch of guys hating on mc because he is popular with women and picking a fight all the time... and he brought blondie with him cuz she traded something useful with him..
Like... people are normal... guys don't hate on mc and have inferiority complex all the time and women don't throw themselves at mc and try to cling on him cuz he is strong... got tired of seeing that in most ch comics...
So no matter how mc never changes clothes... I'll still keep reading it...

Oh blondie, are you talking about the thief chick? This webtoon took out most of the details from the novel, but she really earns her way and isn't useless. Most of the women around him really are hardworking and strong-willed. Not a fan how they are cutting it out, but just keep in mind no woman in this series is weak, they do actually help when they can even if they don't draw it.
Similar to how lazy the clothes changes are is how lazy they do the other characters. The story is great. It's just a shame we aren't shown how great the other characters are unless it's needed for the plot. =,=
Again beware...
So... I got spoiled... and I'm thankful tbh... because thanks to that I won't take this read as seriously as I would if there was no harem on it.
Let's be clear... it's still harem even if he doesn't end with any of them. Why? Because all those women occupy a lot of the story. Much of it becomes they pov, their feeling and their problems that mc gets dragged on to. He already almost died because that guy was too into his fiancee... and I don't think this kind of thing will stop happening. My biggest hate towards harem is hot those women become plot devices to make the story move... and again... so much pov... and I'm honestly not interested. The story already has a clear plot and direction and their presence just overcomplicates things. It feels so unnecessary... and it's also a bother how he's surrounded by women all the time... no male friends besides those hostile towards him is a bit... weird tbh... it fells off when an mc have no one of the same gender around them...
Fr he made The 1st hot guy hostile by swearing at him
The second the plot killed him off and the remaining are too old and ugly but I'm too busy staring at his face I think his face is the whole Plot ~hahah
Ngl... me too... I feel his face is the only reason I'll keep reading... and even so... I kinda feel like... it makes me hate it when they change the pov to one of the women even more... like.. I don't care about you! Go back to the mc already! And it doesn't help that they are unbelievably annoying...
Fr
Ummmm have you guys forgotten that was basically how it was originally set up like that in the game, for MC's character possession (Deculein) is a very hated villain in the game itself, out of every route Deculein dies except 1 route. Also it's basically a dating sim game where the women are the main characters & it's their POV.
MC is basically navigating through that.
Even if the original was theres no reason for the comic to be too. The point is not him being hated. Is that basically everyone that gets involved with him is female. When everyone that matters to the story and is around mc is their opposit gender it's weird. And same goes for female mc's. No matter if harem or reverse-harem or if there's no romance in it. And that is the point I made.
Same with their POV. If it was to give meaningful information to us readers that mc doesn't know or to explain plot points or how others view mc id be ok with it... many comics show POV of others... but in this one those focuses soooo much on how they feel about mc and their angst and are just annoying and don't add much to it beside of romantic purposes.
The story had everything already... adding all that to it just makes it supérfluos.. even more when we know they aren't even possible end game... like frick... they are his teenager students ffs... I get girls getting a crush on hot teachers... I'm not gonna act like it doesn't happen... but it's definitely not something I want to read about. I get the former fiancee and even the mercenary queen or something... but adding students to the mix? Not only I'm over all their teen angst in their POVs, it's really not appropriate to have them shown as love interests in a harem comic... even if mc is not interested in them. Why? Because it shows a underlying message of an adult men (readers projecting on mc) accepting the romantic attention of teenage girls as something ok (them being love interests). It's the same reason it's bad to see toxic relationships and even sh and sa being romancized in comics... it passes a bad message...
But that's just my take on it
