Lets start with the fact that mc is a SHEMALE (guys that plays with female chars) and not a female mc that I was expecting... I have nothing against playing as a shema irl... my husband does it too... but the problem is his in game behavior... that's disgusting.
Tbh the first thing I thought reading was wow... this is bad... its like a bad cross between manga and manhua... they picked the lucky pervert, sh, and art of manga and crossed it with manhua VR regressor setting + weird fanservice...
Another one that could've maybe be good... but its trash...

Honestly I hate when they keep adding new plotlines like this... both with the fake and the professor and whatever is with him... they already had a godd main plotline going on... now it will keep stretching the story for more than a 100 chapters... and honestly I'm getting tired of it...
For once I'd like to finish reading a comic in less than a year...

What was the main plotline before the mystery professor and fake/real aerin? Wasn't she just trying to get adopted, and her dad trying to find what killed his family with zero clues, then she did and he still has zero clues. If nothing else happened, wouldn't this turn into a laid back a slice of life comic watching her grow up and work with her dad and grandpa? Lol or did I forget stuff again?

Exactly so. The mais plotline is her getting adopted by someone nice, growing up and at most taking revenge on the one that killed her... helping her dad find who killed her family albeit secondary could become main plot if she had all memories of her body and there was something suspicious about her parents death.
Her trying her best to get the eldest and his family kicked out (rightly so) would be enough to fill a lot of plot. Dealing with the cousins, dealing with the aunt and dealing with the uncle. That is more than enough for a kid to deal with. What killed his family could wait for a timeskip too.
Instead of having the uncle simply be the villain that he is they resolved to use the "he was brainwashed/cursed/controlled" trope to justify he being the AH he is so he can be "saved" and mc being "even more special". The new teach could've been just that... a new teach that's friends with her gramps and helps her dealing with the cousins.
But honestly I would have NOTHING AGAINST it being a slice of life of her growing up decently helping her dad become a good future head and her grandpa staying healthy... I wouldn't even mind if they didn't follow the that killed the dad's family line and it ended with her going to the academy.
It's kinda tiring how they make stories of kids and shove in content until they grow up enough for it to turn into romance... I'll say it again... Im tired of taking years to finish reading a comic... a 100ch comic doesn't take less than 2 years to finish... and what's wrong with having a short story?
A 50 chapters comic of her being adopted, exposing the uncle and his family's, putting her dad on track to be next family head while fixing his relationship with the grandpa and then finishing it with her leaving fot the academy to start a new chapter of her life would be enough of a good read.

Lol I feel like there's a lot going on here, but most glaring to me is it seems like you're looking in the wrong places for the kind of vibes/stories you're into. Even without checking out tags or synopsis, you can almost always tell when a comic is slice of life or has that laid back form of storytelling in the first 3 chapters. This story didn't start that way, and from the way the grandpa is written, I don't see it ever being that way. Her being adopted by her dad, who brings in money to the family with his inventions, parents and now business, severely limits the negative effects the uncle and her cousins could have on her and the family as a whole. To keep the same energy the story started with, something else was definitely going to happen imo.
On that 50 chapters, that's pretty rare for a manhwa (or maybe just the genres of manhwa I read). Their short stories are usually super short (3-15 chapters) or short (under 30).

I'm not saying I wish it was laid back, but that I wouldn't mind if it was. Like most it is adaptated from novel and kinda follows it. I think what bothered me most is how abrupt this felt and how it made it seem like the uncle is not really bad, just manipulated by a bad entity... I don't like when authors make excuses for villains behaviors and use that to lighten up their punishment in the end. And by what I've read from spoilers the comic seems to be kinda downplaying the severity of the uncle's actions. I wont drop it but I'll probably let it marinate for a couple months befot reading more...
On the short stories thing... is more of a rant about comics in general... while I still wish there were more less than 100ch comics... it mostly means that it's time for me to go look for things to read in the finished category or go read novels that I'm able to finish in a couple days...
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Honestly I still don't get why they hate each other so much... maybe this so called curse involves both their family?
Anyway... I was expecting a haters to lovers... and I feel I'm slowly getting it... mostly on ml's part tbh... I still don't get his behavior towards his cheating criminal basically ex wife... it makes less sense by the chapter... she not only cheated but scammed and robbed him and he's being... lenient? And yet... he doesn't hate her... but behaves that way towards mc over much less? Its weird... but at least he is hot...
Mc on the other hand... sorry... she's just disgusting... there's not one thing I like about her... personality, looks, behavior... nothing is salvageable... honestly... the heterocromy, the haircut, the way she dresses... it screams preteen cringe oc... it's the female version of a character created during 8th grade syndrome... I look at her and I cringe... the 2nd hand embarrassment skyrockets...
And Ik I commented on it before... but she looks disgusting... her hair is always a mess... she lacks fashion sense... and no woman would stay that sweaty like that... even more so an adult woman that suffered her condition for so long... Tie your hair, use a travel sized dry shampoo... use daily pads to stop wetting yourself... anti-transpirants, deodorants, napkins, wet towels... loose clothing... a couple changes of clothes... there's so much she could do to look and feel better...instead of going around looking that much of a mess... seeing her sweaty all the time is such a turn-off...
And speaking of turn-off... that smut scene.. can we even call that smut? Can we call those white screen even sensor? That was even worse than the white sabers, rainbow D's and pixelated parts from yaoi... not to mention all the wetness... tears, droll, mucus, sweat, fluids, squirting... even some pee if I'm not wrong... that... felt so disgusting... just imagining the sensation and smell.. makes my skin crawl... it was not sexy at all... so much for their first time after 60+chapters of wait...
And frankly... this feels more like just... propaganda for the author R18 patreon... like they made the comic for the OCs they draw doing naughty things there and not the other way around... and with how disgusting Michaela looks... I'm very uninterested...
I'm trully sorry and sad to say this... cuz this could be a good comic... but... even some pornhwa are better than this...author should at least rework Michaela.. and Andrew's super thick and veiny... neck is weird at times too... this was really such disappointment... ╥﹏╥

The art is good... the plot is... cliché but not bad... but unfortunately it has those same bad characteristics that makes a lot of Chinese comics a pain to read... scarcely dressed women trowing themselves at mc... a lot of people seeking death and messing with mc no matter hot strong he gets... and a LOT of bragging... and honestly no matter how good the plot... that makes the story feels dumb overall... like what kind of dignified store dresses their female employees in a sexy bunny costume? Just seeing that makes me think the story will not be worthy...

The Shizuru bish is annoying... but it's ok cuz she's a villain... but his niece... her stupidity is off charts and I HATE bishes that are weak AND dumb! Like how many times will she fck her uncle over because he had to save her over her idiotic decisions? This kind of burden is why most people dislike females that are close to mc in general... at this pace she might as well change her name to Princess Peach...
(╯°Д °)╯╧╧

We just got 2 more women to be somehow interested in him an reduce even more his POV... a half fairy "legal loli" and his ex-fiance reincarnated in that world in a clearly much younger body...
Sorry but... is the author a perv? Wasn't it enough to make 2 love interests his teenager students and focus so much on their feelings for him? Im disgusted...
MC might not be into them... but a collector's harem is still an harem ok? And this is exactly it. A bunch of women around MC getting interested in him, falling for him and not getting involved romantically with anyone else even when MC is not interested and romantically involved with them... they keep being loyally in love with him anyway... that's a collector's harem. Mc keeping a bunch of women in his collection even if he doesn't love them. Like a collector keeping the objects he collects but never actually using it...
It's a telltale sign when theres few to none guys around mc... but a bunch of women instead... so I'm done. Officially dropping cuz even mc being good looking and interesting is not enough anymore. I know some people will think whatever just stop reading instead of complaining here... but honestly it's unbearably frustrating cuz I feel this had such potential to be a great story but was wasted in too much focus on girls drama and their feelings toward MC intead of actual plot... it's frustrating and disappointing...

While I love this so much I would love to keep reading it... and a longer version would probably be more detailed...
I must confess... I LOVE that it was kept relatively short. For more details we have the novel... and I'm tired of taking years to finish reading one comic... there's some that's been going on for more than 5 years... some even 10... and I'm glad to read something that has a proper beginning, middle and end...
It was a great adaptation... I'll certainly check the other works of the author and his next work too.
Gramps is what's keeping me going... still have some hopes for the ah uncle... even tho his bro recognized her in 1 look and he didn't...
