I rarely see anyone here comment on the panelling. Its absolutely exquisite, the art also. Its so easy to read and immerse yourself in the story. Im trying to savor this manga as much as i can and not blow all of the chapters in one go. If there was any physical english manga of magus of the library, id buy them in a heartbeat

Lmao, you poor soul….
I’m happy it’s only been a couple of years for me. I don’t know what I’d do if there was only one volume worth of chapters when I started this. I reread it from the beginning every time a new official english volume comes out (I’ve stopped reading the scans, but I always come back to read people’s comments)
Honestly chapter 31 was just incredibly well written. One that relates to real world politics and banned books. This also definitely relates to the Nazi Propaganda and many more. Now im curious... what does the black text actually say? I wish there would be a published version of that if this manga gets super popular
This also makes me want to read banned books as a hobby. It seemed so interesting to read something that most of society see so unbefitting. Some are considered to be literary masterpieces that makes you have to critically think about society, censorship, and sexuality. Some are considered to be propaganda that brainwashes that doesnt allow you to discern what is right or wrong and what is the truth and a lie.
This story makes you really think about philosophy and politics. I absolutely love it.
