Help me find this bl manhwa

I'm looking for a specific BL manhwa where the bottom is stuck on a snowy, isolated island, and the FBI is searching for him. The main lead (ML) is notified while he’s away and immediately goes to find the bottom. He searches everywhere and eventually discovers him before the FBI does, following trails of blood. The bottom is freezing cold and almost unconscious. That's all I remember; I think the ML is from Europe. It's also an enemies-to-lovers story.
