afaik, there’s no official translations of this out there at all but the notice says that they’ll upload them?? idk how things work here so pls correct me if i’m wrong
they just put the notice to inform people that IF the webtoon gets an official translation they will upload it. it's nice to know that a story will have a reliable uploader.
