I get that a story about a mafia MC or ML is bound to have angst but this story is 99% angst. Is that realistic, yep but it's also cyclic and getting boring. It's always "he gets angry, leaves, MC chases him, MC is pathetic and sometimes even to a self harming degree...." rinse and repeat. I'm on the verge of dropping this.
