This is the first story ever that got completely ruined by side stories. I've seen boring side stories and disappointing ones but this is garbage. It's like every step in the right direction that was taken in the original story was completely erased and everything fell apart. What a shame. MC and ML went through so much and towards the end of the main story, they actually opened up to one another and built a somewhat healthy relationship
