On "love is an illusion" what did he mean by(knot) whem he said:"why did you know me?! Now i can't get pregnant anymore". What did he do to him??? I'm confused....help

    from what I know of omegaverse and stuff knotting locks them together upon climax to ensure pregnancy so the alpha literally gets stuck inside their pair but boi couldn’t get pregnant anymore because he’s recessive and the doctor said it’s not likely he’ll get pregnant again so it’s just a painful thing that happens for him (￣∇￣")
