I think there is nothing wrong when uke and the friends of the seme had sex. The seme and uke haven't in relationship yet however if they were getting to know each other or deeper their relationship, it would probably akward. Well it depends to the seme if he would just forget it or not.
The Art is good. But the story was damn! The Uke keeps getting rape all over! I don't care of what happened of the seme's past to treat the uke bad and DO NOT ever rape or abuse him for threatening the uke to leak the video. For the uke, he is really an idiot for not taking an action of repeating abuse to him. It was like a minor problem of forcing a sex to him. The worst is he was worried about the seme despite of forcing sex or physical abuse to him. The characters all messed up!
So it was like nothing happened? Did you just leave the manager who took care of you when you were in despair? I can't stand something like that!
