i think namsoo ended up in a mental hospital while his twin (i forgot his name lol) applied for physiology school (it says that in the Q&A). So namsoo is getting help bc how his foster mom died and his foster dad was to rot in front of him. I also think that their real parents were murdered by that one person at the door.
