I can't remember the title and I read it over a year or two ago....
It's a fantasy medieval one where the emperor is crazy and the mc female comes into the palace as a maid from a different land and she helps keep his sanity and he is able to sleep. If I remember correctly the emperor already has someone else captive that is a Saint too.

I've been looking for it for the past month and this is my last shot of finding it

I read this yaoi about 7 years ago. And i havent been able to find it on my own. The seme is a business man and has a hard time getting it up with women or something to do with not having sex with women. So the uke is someones brother within the same company and the seme was having an issue putting his little friend in the uke so he put a wine or champagne bottle in him instead.

    i got the another way without downloading the adblocker, just go to the setting and try search for content setting under the privacy.. After you open it, you will see the pop up setting.. I hope it can help you..
