For the most part, they are. There is some nuance when you say them, but these are easily pronounced (as long as we ignore satoori!). Just note that the "a" are soft a's like the word, "lawn". Watching a Korean pronunciation youtube video or Korean drama would work well too! (I'm Korean btw) (●'◡'●)ﾉ
