I hate endings like this. i want his mother to suffer more
if she had let the king die with the poison or from falling off the cliff, become queen regent and had someone secretly poison the concubine after everything, it would've ended the story and she could choose a cuter ml emperor
the dad isnt loveable but im still interested in the story. We'll see how it goes. i suspect there's still a different reason why her mom left though.
