Not really.. sorta? Remember this is bl if from China iirc so there's probably a lot of censorship. I don't even know if we'll get a confession at this point.. You can't really tell from the friends either, whether they think they're really close friends or romantically together. I think it's more showing how close they are together, since there's been no confession scene yet :/

shounin ai and yaoi are both bl, bl is the literal translation for shounen ai and yaoi is an outdated term that people don’t use in korea anymore and this a chinese manhua so it’s not a shounen ai
Like @britney says, Shounen ai falls under the BL category which is a general genre for romance that focuses on boysxboys. @britney explains it better... But if you're expecting seggs and stuff, I'm telling you here that it's not happening. China's pretty rough on this sort of stuff, the author would get into a lot of trouble for it. I'm honestly just hoping this isn't an open ended and we have at least a confession sort of scene.

Yeah I know China is much more conservative in regards to bl, honestly I love the story as it is and I'm not expecting anything explicit dear god plus their kids xd but hopefully they can share they have romantic feelings for each other. For example Here u are is also a Chinese manhua and it was totally wholesome without anything explicit.
