this chapter starts off with a flashback of when MC was a kid and could see ghosts but these pages are missing. Also chapter 19 seems to be fine despite being disjointed.

I don't think she is, if she was, I doubt that she would be adopted by her father. Arwin is also really powerful, so it's not possible for him or Latte to die or something like that and they probably won't abandon their child.
