I really do. He jumps to conclusions without reason, gets pissy at her, and doesn't even try to understand what she is going through. She has tried talking to him, attempted to get to know him, and yet no one cares about her in the slightest. And for some reason, he can't figure out what wrong with her. He is so self-absorbed without realizing how terrible of a life his wife is living. Like, what does she have to gain by forcing you to lose your title while marrying into your family? Wouldn't she be at a loss too. Does he not know she doesn't have authority to make those decisions? Come on now! They make him seem like he's smart with his rags to riches backstory, but Im not seeing it here! I get him being mad, but after so long you think he would try to investigate it a little more. Geez!
If the MC is livestock than this bitch is a parasite, how bout that. Gonna down someone for making a living when your ass is leeching off the kingdom's funds.
Ye, burn her. Also, I don't understand why because it's "part of Japanese work culture" that it's okay for her to say what she said. I might be a dumbass, but if you call me stupid then you best believe I'mma be ready to fight. I wish someone would call a Janitor a "shit-whiper"! It's technically true, but you ain't leaving without a fight for sho'.
What the hell kinda phone he got that can take quality pictures of a couple on the 60th floor of a building (through the window I might add) while on top of another fucking building? That's what the fuck we should be focusing on! Like damn, my man was sniping photos with the newest iphone and no one is concerned???
I remember back in my day where titles were simple. Where you could read a manga named " Blue Sky" and have it not actually be about a blue sky. Now these youngster come on in with these new long fancy shmancy titles that tell ya everything god damn thing. Whoa is me! Where did all my subtle/metaphorical titles go?
I mean, you have a point. It sells like that, because nowadays it's all virtual, noone has to know what you're buying anyways. Imagine going to a bookstore to try to buy this, tho lol. But, even though we were just joking here, I think that also has to do with the romantic nature of yaoi's target audience (women). We usually prefer(ed?) a subtler approach and a deeper connection or subplot between the characters to enjoy it, even if it's smut (which is why you'll find them forced-saying they love each other even when it's a one night stand, for example).
Point blank. There is nothing else to be said about him. I've been seeing a lot of comments defending him and his treatment of Kangwoo and I can understand (somewhat) why he feels the way he feels. However, even if I get something resembling an understanding, that does not at all justify what the uke did. Literally, these are grown ass people with functioning mouths, they can speak. If the uke had problems with Kangwoo, he should have verbalized them, told him he was hurt with how Kangwoo was handling their relationship and then break up with him. It's that simple.
People aren't mind readers, so we have to speak in order to get our point across. Without that, there really isn't shit we can communicate. Yes, I fully agree that how Kangwoo hid their relationship was wrong, but I can understand why he'd go to such lengths to hide it when living in society where homosexuality is not widely accepted. Does it justify his behavior? No. Do I understand it? Yes. That's how I feel about the action of the uke.
Besides, even with his reasoning, he decided to go with someone super fucking toxic and frankly I like neither him or his new partner. In short, I do understand where the uke is coming from. Does that mean I automatically forget the trashy shit he and his new lover has done? Nope, not at all. Even with newfound understanding of the uke, I still don't like his personality and no amount seeing his backstory will change that.
Understanding does not equal justification. You can understand why a lot of people do terrible things, but that does not make it right. Again, understanding does not equal justification!
I ain't never seen so many green flags in my life! Gyattttt dayum!
