So it’s a manga (it was in full color... might be Koran...) but it’s about a king who wants to find strong girls to be princesses. He tells the people in his kingdom he will adopt any baby girl who doesn’t cry.? He tells them to put the babies in baskets and send them down the river. The baby girl has had a past life and she’s like “I HATE YOU” to her family as a baby lol in her head. He picks her obviously. There are other “princesses” with powers and she’s the strongest but he doesn’t want people to know that.
