I'm looking for a story about a priest who purifys men by having sex with them, but then his assitant snaps after watching him have sex with a client and has their snake fuck the priest.

I think its this http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/haginokouji_seiya_sama_no_ran/

Oh too bad. But there is also a snake x priest moment ヾ(☆▽☆) http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/haginokouji_seiya_sama_no_ran/mf/v01/c004/23/

I feel bad for knowing this one xD
Is there a way to find certain scanlation groups on here?
Which groups? If you're looking for a particular group working on a project, just go the credit page of that manga and usually their website is on there. Google should do the rest.
And most scanlation groups aren't connected to aggregator sites, so you won't be able to contact them through here unless they're a drive-by scanlator or something. Any particular group you're looking for?
I usually use Baka Manga to find groups and their information (like whether they’re active) and then find their sites using Google. Typically they will have all their projects sorted and in better quality
I think it was sleepy kitty scanlations or something similar. It’s literally the only thing a remeber about a manga that I liked a long time ago(I’m pretty sure it was a yaoi).
Yah, I'm sorry, I don't think there's much you can do unless you have the title of the manga. But like another user suggested, mangaupdates.com is a good resource for looking up or finding scanlation groups, but unfortunately it won't be helpful unless you know the manga or even the manga-ka. If you can remember key tropes about your manga, you can search the tags for it, too. Good luck, I hope you find some info.
