It's not his brother. Hyunwoo's immediate family died in an accident, he lost his memory and two people claiming to be his mother and brother showed up at the hospital. It's in chapter 7. I think it may be his aunt and cousin, but I'm not sure.
From what I remember, his fake brother has a photo of Hyunwoo and Hansung in a compromising position, and he shows up at Hansung's father's office and tries to blackmail him with it. Hansung's father completely f*cks him up. He pulls strings and organizes for the fake brother to be arrested, and the fake mother is left homeless and has to go on the run. So they definitely get what's coming to them.
