it’s crazy to think that if the mc in his og timeline had just been honest with the ml about his life/backgroumd, instead of trying to appear as a rich boy with all these connections (to try and force a relationship), they could’ve actually formed a real relationship. It’s clear that the ml is started to take an interest in the mc bc 1. he’s actually doing his job lol, but mostly because 2. he understands why the mc is the way he is aka he has an abusive father and brother. And a big part of why the mc didn’t do his job right was because his dad undermined guiding work, so the mc tried hard to climb the ladder fast for his dad’s sake. But im sure if the ml knew what was going on early on in the relationship, a lot would be different in the og timeline
Most of the time it makes little to no difference to the plot. Like sure, if it’s an integral part of the story that’s introduced at beginning, i get it. But the random lore where the characters knew each other from when they were little, but both just so happen to be unable to recognize each others face / names, until some random flashback, should not happen this often. I swear, the moment i see mini versions of the main leads together i let out a major sigh. Like, here we go again. And it’s always the same shit where one character protected the other from bullies lol
I like that kyuho is very socially aware. Saves me a lot of second hand embarrassment. Like kyuho being a little down is nbd (and it seems like only the ml noticed) but had he made a scene i think I would’ve just died on the spot
I really hate him. I really really hate him. I really really really hate him. He’s awful. A demon, if you will. Oh my god.
Poor guy needs to cut his losses. Unfortunately he has been reduced to nothing more than a plot device for the main couple to get together. Hopefully he’ll get his happy ending in a side story or something.
In Korea you can’t eat until the elders eat . . . Jin Yuan is the maknae, which means he’s the youngest, and the fact that he ate first is crazy.
