Even animals practice better hygiene than them. I KNOW you're both trapped and can't find water but can you atleast stop doing things that intensify your stench of sweat, blood, semen, saliva and bacteria that give off smell, for example the bacteria on his feet? The bacteria in his anus? Hello???
