I think your arguement is very biased. The Ex was very depressed when he disappeared without a trace. I think he mentioned something about being suicidal or that of he continued to live such a life he would end up dead. He endured this for 5 WHOLE YEARS. During that time the only person there for him was the Exs new boyfriend. He knew that he loved him but he was still attached to MC. He decided to move on for his own sake. We have to be selfish sometimes if we are to survive. He must've felt burdened or moved by how loyal the new bf was to him so he decided to date him to start fresh and get rid of his previous feelings. Why can't people appreciate how hard he's trying to stay loyal to him despite the pain and heart break he is going through to achieve that? Everyone only looks at things from MCs perspective. Noone understands how hard life was for the Ex and loves to cuss at him for something he had to do. None of them are at fault here. Their circumstances were different. Therefore you can't just be biased towards one side of the story and ignore the other because that's unfair. If the Ex comes back to pursue the MC then THAT'S WHEN WE CALL HIM AN ASSHOLE. Not now.

I feel like I'm only frustrated with the situation because I know I wouldn't do the same things Taejoon (The ex) did. So I guess you can say I took what Taejoon did at heart.
My anger towards Taejoon may have lessened but I'm still conflicted with the situation. And now my question is different, why is Youngwoo (The new lover of Taejoon) suddenly better than Yoon?
Given that Yoon and Taejoon were together for 10+ years, and Yoon disappeared for 5 years while Taejoon and Youngwoo were together for 2(?) 3(?) years, how can new love be better than true/old(?) love? Because I'm sure that Taejoon would feel conflicted now that he knows that Yoon is actually alive and would have to weight his feelings for Youngwoo. Unless ofc, he didn't love Yoon (⌒▽⌒)
im actually jut confused whether the ex is aware that the mc was in a coma, with how he's treating him.... if it were me i could have found better ways to make the mc understand that i can't be with him anymore... and i would not be treating him the way the ex is treating him cause i know for sure it wasn't his fault he got into a coma... i just don't understand why the ex feels the need to victimize himself so much in the story without realizing that the situation was truly out of control... he was being mean and im not just talking about this update but from the past chapters too
