Dohee and Wonyoung are gonna lost contact after an argument and it will be the end of season 1.

In season 2, all of characters are older and they work. One day, Wonyoung start to work in the same company as Dohee (I'm not sure and that tho or he's the boss of the company or it is a partenariat between two companies, idk sorry just they will meet each other).
Jaehyuk (Dohee's childhood friend) and Hyesul (pink haired girl) are no longer together, she broke up with him when he went to his military service.
One of them old classmate is gonna get married so all the old classmates greet her so it's the come back of everyone: Dohee, Wonyoung, Jaehyuk and Hyesul. They all meet each other and Jaehyuk gonna talk with Wonyoung about (I think) Dohee.
Jaehyuk and Dohee are still in contact and often see each other (without any feelings). During an argument between the two of them, Jaehyuk gonna confess and ask Dohee to be in a relationship with him (she didn't answer I think).

yeah but the problem is that asians love whiter skin (and east asians dominant the asian image) so even tho people are mistaken that asians aren't people of color, it's really verrryy rare to find protagonist dark skinned hence their surprise/delight
Righttt there are Asians who have much darker skin tones as well! They always exclude that and forget that not every Asian is pale.
I understand when people say they want more FL with color, as I also want that too and think it’s be great. But if I’m looking from an artist/writer perspective, usually these authors are Asian. So writing from the perspective of a different race can be pretty difficult. Usually when I make characters I either don’t label a race on them and let people think what they want, or just center the environment about them being Asian cause that’s the only race I fully understand (as an Asian person myself). I would feel bad if I wrote from the POV of a different race’s character and don’t understand their culture or race properly.
So it’s kinda hard when people get mad over the fact that there’s no color in manhwa, manga, and manhua- even tho the creator themselves most likely are korean/japanese/chinese and have been surrounded in an Asian environment with little diversity. Personally I wouldn’t want to draw/write about a race that I don’t know everything about, so I don’t offend anyone by not knowing enough. The only way I’d think of a poc author can make a poc character is on webtoon, cause webtoon is a pretty diverse place.
Yes exactly, I am an East Asian person (Japanese) but I am tan so it makes me sad that I don't see any representation for people like me.
I am happy that other people of color find representation but I wish people could conciderate us too.

I kind of start to "like" the ML, I can see a character development and he had it hard too (not as much as the MC tho) but I hope he will treat her better even tho I wished there were no romance between the two of them.

I understand that some of yall are trying to defending the ML but don't do it if you are gonna take down the MC, she did nothing wrong except (I guess) forcing the ML into her but right now she regrets and I am pretty sure that if she could leave him she would do it and plus she just wanted love after tye way all her family treated her. The ML was the first person in so many years that showed her at least a little bit of affection.
Look at the way she used to live in her past life and look how he treated her. I understand that you can be angry at someone but at the point of neglect a poor woman that has a big trauma and cannot even take care of her baby (that she really loves) because of her trauma at this point any human being would have at least a bit of pity.
Yall can defend the ML but stop taking down the MC or saying that she is annoying, she has trauma some of yall doesn't even have a trauma and even uf you do have one : not everyone react the same way after a trauma.

I don't know why some author of manhwa with kind of the same storyline always try to make the female lead and the "male lead" falling in love.
He didn't abused her physically but she received so much psychologic abuse and even the doctor didn't want to treat her rightly (which is negligence).
I know, I am so sure that they will end up falling in live but like FCK no. He doesn't deserve her, she didn't do anything bad but she received all the hate instead of her brother.
I hope she will get better without him and I hope he would experience all the pain she went through.

Tbh tho... I think we haven't seen enough of his pov. He went through physical and psychological abuse when he was younger and did all he could to climb the social ladder and finally got a chance to marry into the highest family (the royal family) buy spending a huge amount of his amassed fortune only to have this entire ordeal turned into a scam.
After that incident I think he worked his ass off tryin to make money to give his wife a decent life since he lost so much of his fortune. The reason he never accompanied her was cause he was unaware of the significance of aristocratic social parties. In his mind he would rather be busy trying to make more money instead of entertaining the nobles who he probably despises.
I think they were both ridiculed and abused after the scam marriage but it was worse for Violet 'cause there was no one on her side at all. Like everyone in the mansion, the in-laws, everyone in the social circles ridiculed and abused her. At least the ML had a couple of loyal servants by his side.
I can't necessarily say that one of them is at more fault than the other, but I think the biggest thing lacking was communication on both ends.
Nothing excuses his behavior towards her.
