I wouldn't recommend doing it with a stranger. My friend did when she was drunk and she said she regretted it immensely. On the other hand, I see where you're coming from, and I completely agree. Don't worry. I started my first relationship right before I turned 19. I'm not sure what you're like in your day to day like, but if you put yourself out there and actively talk to people, it may come naturally.
