The guy is a bit miffed about it at first (after the blonde girl basically outs Darim in front of the school by pouring water on her guy body) but after she confronts the guy about it and they talk. She tells him about her body changing genders every 12 hours. He basically says that he found it weird that Cheolsu was so friendly to him from the beginning and that he was developing feelings for another guy, so it makes sense that it was Darim all along. He confesses that he does like her, and has for a long time. He's not bothered by her body changes and likes her just the way she is (▰˘◡˘▰). They kiss and she turns back into a girl (permanently, so I guess the curse was like Cinderella and Frog Prince, where she needs true love's kiss? Idk). They go back to class and tell everyone that they're dating to off-set basically everyone knowing that Darim has a guy body. It ends with him saying, "Don't worry about my parents. I'm not running away anymore now that we're together."

Yes, and the guy who was talking to her and telling her that her brother was dead is Roxanne's younger brother Jeremy. I don't know if this actually happened or if it's a flashback from the original book.
