How does she keep falling into the most "convenient" situation/pose??
like in the carriage, they were sitting across from each other. She would not have fallen into the king's lap just by having the carriage going over a small rock.
and like, how did she end up in the duke's arms?? bro he was behind her when she tripped Foreward. It's so much more likely that he would've grabbed her arm or something. Like there's no way he got in front of her fast enough to catch her like that

Honestly I feel like we give rastha too much shit (keep in mind I'm on chpt. 57).
I've seen so many people trash rashta but excuse the emperor for everything he's done. To me, they are both equally manipulative and toxic.
We've seen rashta say and do some manipulative stuff but we've also same the Emperor pull the exact same thing on the Empress. "You don't really love me" and things like that (typical "but I'm a nice guy" manipulative bs).
I honestly believe that if we were reading this manhwa from Rashta's perspective, we would full heartedly be supporting her. However, she's being portrayed as the villain instead.
Why I think this:
1. she has a tragic backstory like most isekai/reincarnation/etc stories.
2. She is trying to find a better life for herself
3. She tries to be openly friendly towards others
4. If we were seeing this from her perspective, we would probably be thinking more along the lines of "he deserved that" or "she's a bad bitch" iinstead of "manipulative.
The constant hate I see towards Rashta and the lack of hate for the emperor only reminds me of the constant issue of people disproportionally hating on female characters in comparison to male characters with the same/similar traits.
Another example of this is in atla when people would complain and shit on Katara for "constantly" bringing up her mother but never about zuko when he constantly brought up his honor. "constantly" (for katara) being in quotes because she didn't even mention her mother that much in comparison to zuko and his honor.
This constant act of hating on female characters more than male characters with similar flaws is a HUGE problem. It is also EXTREMELY sexist, whether it's subconscious or not.
If you are going to hate on rashta PLEASE make sure you are showing up with the same energy for the emperor.
TLDR:
If you are hating on Rashta and excusing/not paying as much attention to the Emperor, try taking a look at yourself. They are both equally manipulative and toxic. Showing more hate for a female character and ignoring the same traits in a male character is sexist.
I agree that, as of now, Rashta gets way to much hate and Sovieshu doesn’t get that same hate level that he actually deserves.
However I don’t agree that if the perspective was from Rashta, we would be supporting her for the main reason being that Rashta’s current and future character is not likeable nor are her action even remotely justified. Coming from a novel reader, she only continues spiralling into a detestable and ‘evil’ character. That to me is enough for her not to be able to be a protagonist that the readers would support. I can spoil some of the stuff that she does that makes me not agree to your point but only if you want.
i think that's because sovieshit is not as impactful as rashta??? like yeah, he gets my blood boiling but I more or less don't care abt him lmaoooo cuz there are a lot of male characters just like him. he's a dime a dozen. anyway, rashta was so annoying because she's still trying to look innocent till now. most villainess shows their true colors easily, that's why it makes rashta more hateful
Summary of what`s happening so far please!
MC gets awakened in a new world. He meets the prince who is an exact lookalike, the prince takes him in. MC and Daniel (the prince) take turns playing prince while the other goes do whatever they want. One day the emperor comes and falls in love with MC. The emperor wants a one night stand with MC- they get benefits from it so MC agrees to do it (even tho Daniel told him it's fine to not). They agree on not seeing each other.
Some time goes by and there's an attack on the Kingdom. The King (was killed before attack- assassination) and Daniel (killed during the attack) were killed. The little brother was able to get away. MC finds Daniel in his last moments and he tells him to take good care of his brother and sorry that he couldn't help him.
After MC goes to the Emperor for help- it's revealed that the emperor was the one who did the attack. He didn't care if MC was dead or alive- but he says alive would've been better. He was worried he already died or smt. MC gets chained while hes asleep and after a while he escapes to find his brother.
The emperor tracks him down to an inn where he asks MC to marry him or he's gonna do some bad stuff or smt. MC leaves a note saying he'll agree or think abt it but it falls under the dresser. MC finds his brother and there leaving to somewhere safer but then gets attacked by the emperor. The little brother asks who Rael (MC) is and if he's Rael or Daniel
I should mention the Daniel and Raels relationship was really close. Rael awakens in a new world almost dead and Daniel takes him in. Daniel was the only person who knew his secret and promised to help him. In a way he was the only person who actually understood him. Also Emperor doesn't know Daniel and MC are 2 different people, he was able to sort of tell but dismissed it.
Spoilers Please!!
From the spoilers ive read. She ends up with him. Like the cliche he starts noticing her and all the atrocities he did were misunderstandings like always so she forgives him n shii. He chose to marry her. She didnt force him. He wanted her social status and so secure his position as he was the second in line to be the head of his family. Not sure if this legit but its what is sort of expected from this kinda storiez. (●'◡'●)ノ
LMAOO i love this so far
