Looking for an autobiographical work that was about a woman trying to get into artschool. One of the main characters was her art teacher, and she kept bringing him up as if he'd died later on. I remember a specific scene where she's solving her mock exams using a coin and she gets 80% so he calls her a genius.
The author made a SUPER popular shojo manga before but I can't remember for the life of me who it was or which manga she wrote. TiA!

Anyone know a BL or shounen ai manga about a character whose family owns a traditional Japanese clothing store? He travelled to America to help out with the business and the story starts with him when he's back in Japan. It takes place somewhere between the Taisho or Showa era.
I also remember there was a woman in the cover so a lot of people didn't think it was BL. The author made tons of other BL manga, and I think her works are pretty popular. I think the Shounen Ai and Yaoi tag got removed from user complaints because I can't find anything in those tags anymore.

No the plot and time period is different ╥﹏╥. It WAS a BL but people thought it wasn't because only one chap was translated and the ML didn't show up yet.

Does anyone remember this historical BL about a Japanese man who lived in America for a few years coming back to his family's shop to take over it? There was only one chapter and I didn't read a lot of it, but I remember reading that it was a popular BL in Japan and had a few volumes.
I also remember a lot of the comments assumed it wasn't BL because there was a woman on the cover alongside the MC and what I assume was the ML. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
Forgot to add, I'm pretty sure it was set during the Showa era. I also think that the MCs family owned a tailoring shop, and a lot of the employees were against the MC inheriting it because he was planning on using his experience in the US to take over, and since the store sold traditional clothing, they were against him adding western influence.

Any isekai where it's peasant x peasant or peasant x noble? If it's peasant x noble, I'd prefer the setting to NOT be in a castle or mansion or whatever. I'm a bit tired of isekai which has a large focus on church politics and family drama.
I'm pretty sure it was a horror anthology? It had a cute 2010's shoujo artstyle but it definitely wasn't romance.
The only chapter I remember is this one about a girl who had a fat stalker who she despised because of something about a rock. At some point they both fall down this hole and are trapped down there for quite a while. The stalker tells the girl that she can eat his flesh to survive because of some obviously perfectly reasonable excuse, and she does that for a few weeks. When they get rescued, the guy magically becomes an ikemen, so the girl starts dating him.
I remember the chapter after that was about a haunted doll but I forgot everything about it because of how bizarre the first chapter was. If anyone could help, I'd be super grateful thx.
