Might die before I get to read the endings of Ouke No Monshou, One Piece, and Skip Beat. The Glass Mask and Ouke no Monshou already close to their 50th anniversaries.

I still haven't tagged everything ;-; Prolly never will tbh. I kinda have given up.
My picture? It's Kudou Senri from Seiyuu Ka!
Guide for descriptions:
quickie = good when bored. nothing special and imma forget it. 3 stars.
guilty pleasure = don't judge me
different art (tag) = gives me a bubblegum 80s kinda vibe
manly couple (tag) = main characters have proper male physiques (uke can still be a maiden at heart)
cute (tag) = overall cute, wholesome or with a nice healthy relationship between the MCs
monsters(tag) = it's p ambiguous but anything that has beast characters or anything of the sort

Hello ∠( ᐛ 」∠)_ .... XD!
Take a seat cas I just finished writing this and it came out so long x.x
I ain't here for none of that bullshit with unnecessary drama with bad decision after bad decision. Works by Saitou Chiho and Ueda Rinko are a solid NO for me. Koizora, Kare wa Tomodachi, Raising a Bat and anything similar with kids trying to act like grown ups while making the stupidest decisions are the worst. I've given these stories a sincere chance and read them front to back only to be encountered with dumb angst from beginning to end.
That being said, I'm fine with any genre ("dumb decisions" is not a genre, thank the Lord).
Some of my favorite stories are:
Please Save My Earth
7 Seeds
Basara
Doubutsu no Kuni
Immortal Rain
One Piece
Psycho Pass (the anime)
XxxHolic
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles (when shit hits the fan)
Subaru
Blood-C (the anime)
Full Metal Alchemist (the manga and both anime)
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (the anime)
However, my real weakness are sports mangas. In fact my fav manga ever is
/////*****Prince of Tennis*****/////
ヾ(^▽^ヾ)
Other smaller weaknesses of mine:
a) stories with what I consider good romance (vague, I know)
b) comedy. To be clear, I don't mean fucking Akkan Baby with their dumb ass decisions. I mean something like Gokusen, Angel Densetsu, OHSHC
c) delinquents whether fluffy ones like in Oresama Teacher or classic ones like in Crows. There's something about Bouya Harumichi that keeps me coming back.
d) harlequins. I know... Sue me. We all have our guilty pleasures
e) historical, specially Bronze Age ლ(・ω・ლ)
I'm fine with taking any recs but I make no promises. My "Want to Read" list is quite beefy. I also have manga I started reading and have been meaning to finish (who am I kidding, it's been years since for some of them). Maybe cause I'm 'old' now but I'm not reading as much as I used to. Nowadays I'm less likely to push myself to read something new.
I love you all and specially you if you read this long thing. ☆*。(((´♡‿♡`)))。*☆ (though not as much as I love myself ofc)

(March 2018 Update - in Dec 2023 I still stand by this list)
Favorite Characters?
1. Atobe Keigo (Prince of Tennis)
2. Kamui (Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles)
3. Kudou Senri (Seiyuu ka-!)
4. Bakugou Katsuki (Boku no Hero)
5. Li Syaoran (Cardcaptor Sakura)
6. Kuchiki Byakuya (Bleach)
7. Sesshomaru (Inuyasha)
8. Domyouji Tsukasa (Hana Yori Dango)
9. Roy Mustang (Fullmetal Alchemist)
10. Setsuna F. Seiei (Gundam 00)
11. Takano Masamune (Sekai-ichi)
12. Echizen Ryoma (Prince of Tennis)
13. Ichihara Yuuko (XxxHolic)
14. Crocodile (One Piece)
15. Aomine Daiki (Kuroko no Basket)
16. Nishinoya Yuu (Haikyuu!!)
17. Mr. 2 Bon Clay (One Piece)
1 - 11 are characters that made their manga/anime top quality for me. To me, they *are* the story even if some are only side characters. I fr only powered through Inuyasha's indecisive ass for Sesshomaru.
12 - 17 are characters I like from stories I love.

Note to self: Marked FinishedW2R up to ~page 12 (A Red Rose Devoted To You)
Grannies: "Look at this poor soul. Pity her"
The poor soul: "My ex betrayed me hundreds of years ago so I'm gonna destroy an entire empire of people that have nothing to do with what happened to me to make up for it."
Did we all forget that he hunted down all the mages and executed them or am I misremembering
yeah he should've just hunted down and killed anita <3
and then kill himself lmao
He locked her up and THEN killed all the witches because of God’s order. I forgot why he left her alive(love? LOL) , but after she escaped he offed himself I guess.
No I havent forgotten. It's just that in the plot it apparently seems more important that her lover betrayed her than that her kin got wiped off. Even in this past episode, the whole focus of the witches was "You should pity her cause the dude broke her heart" rather "You should pity her cause she suffered so much from everyone she knew and loved being killed"
dude should've killed her instead of locking her up
