i would recommend investing into a good skincare routine (micellar water, cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen) first
for makeup, i think it depends on personal preference but i would recommend not putting makeup on your trouble areas as it would make it worse (pore clogging and cross contamination from the tools) and stick to just doing eye makeu......
