Rough Summary
First story: Basically there are twins, alpha and omega. alpha is dating a guy. one day, omega is in heat, guy and omega have sex, impregnagating omega. alpha cut ties with everyone. after a few years, omega died of an illness. alpha goes to funeral, meets the guy and the daughter of omega and emotional stuff happens and the alpha finds peace i guess.
Second Story: Omega has sex with a female Alpha. Later, he meets beta, they also have sex and was about to start geniunly loving one another. Until it is revealed that the beat was married. Whats more, the reason he was unfaithful was because his wife had cheated on him and yes, his wife is the female alpha the omega had sex with at the start. After a painful goodbye, they go their seperate ways. the beta going back to the alpha and the omega finding a new proper lover.

I think you're forgetting about Dongha's upbringing... He was raised in complete solitude by his father so I don't think it's fair to dislike him for being naive. Although he's not as green as he was in the beginning.
But, I hardly like UenoxMafuyu rn, like I understand that Mafuyu is still grieving for Yuki and there isn't a predetermine time to get over someone, especially Yuki to Mafuyu. But I feel like Mafuyu isn't ready to be with someone right now. Especially a romantic relationship. Like I'm all up for UenoxMafuyu to break up until he's ready and more grounded to be in a romantic relationship. Since the cycle is literally repeating itself again. But i'm pretty sure it will work out since this a manga. Like I feel Ueno is very accommodating to Mafuyu's feelings and would accept waiting for Mafuyu.
I feel like Caius is going to die or have to step down from being king. Because it's implied something would happen if he sent him back.
He's not the King, he's currently Crown Prince. Because of the Tildant's tradition that states the King must have a bride without one neither Caius nor his brother can be King. That's why Caius was so obsessed with finding and learning the summoning ritual after the Oracle made the prophecy that he can't marry anyone from Eustil without knowingly and willingly inviting catastrophe. Koichi goes back to Earth, Caius either summons another Bride that agrees to stay or steps aside in favor of his brother. He will not die but he will pay a price.
