The mc's brain is so smooth without growing a wrinkle at any Junction of the story. It started slow which is no problem if the author spent that time establishing the mc's good points and why we should like him instead of just pushing the narrative that he's so pitiful cuz of shitty dad uwuwu, he's supposedly an actor but his acting sucks? Having agreed to be in a pretend relationship with ML and he can't even act the part or make the initiative to find more details about his "contractual relationship" from either ML(who doesn't want this to fail) or the secretary? Idk why he chose to become an actor where you owe money to the company producing you rather than seekin out other part time jobs to pay back the debt and leave his shitfy family. It's almost like he has no brain and no self initiative preservation. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ I skipped through parts of the story to see if there's any improvement on the MC's part but all I see is him doing stupid shit each time.
ML and MC have -1000 chemistry, maybe it's cuz of the mc's -10 communication skills and the ML's 30/10 indifference

I don't try and dissect everything I read. Everytime I read, I go in with a brainless mode and even then some stories hit even lower then that no brain line. I've read more nonsensical stories and enjoyed them nonetheless. I'm just expressing my opinion on this story cuz of the failed potential and execution. But the saying goes, a man's trash is another man's treasure ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Just because they don't enjoy this particular story don't mean they dissect every story they read and don't enjoy things at all Some people actually like to dissect every nonsensical thing in stories like these, it's not a bad thing, people don't all read for the same purposes. Plus the story is not that great, and what op said is true
