this is the improved version i believe!! reversi was the previous work i recommend reading this one it makes perfect sense on its own and theres a lot of plot holes filled
it’s a long history. so originally the author won the lezhin (a popular web comic website/company) with the manhwa reversi, which is basically this manhwa with minor differences. after 60 or so chapters, however, she broke off with lezhin bc lezhin was mistreating their authors/artists and not paying them properly or giving them enough days off. now the author is back with polarity and a different company!! so tldr: reversi is the previous iteration of the manhwa and polarity is the current iteration - just read polarity

If you remember in the flashback when he was talking about getting kicked out of the orphanage at 20, he was sitting on a bench and on the newspaper he was read it said “hiring prison guards” and being a jobless, homeless, orphan he probably took the job. He also said that he hopes he at least gets an interview or something.

Ok guys this story might seem a little confusing but it’s not all too bad. A little boy wants to go get a rare kind of mushroom for his grandpa so he enlisted the help of his teachers but the boy’s father wanted to sell the land to make money off those mushrooms. In the end it didn’t get sold and they all lived happily ever after. It was a fun story.
