I'm not a Mik hater, but from the few frames showed, it seems that he was rough with Fei, maybe actually hurt him, as you I would like sensei to add some scenes to make this clearer.

I think it was humiliation and anger first. Fei wasnt like that until the moment Mik forced him to look at him, which took away Fei's control, therefore he felt more humiliated and got angry.
Mik could have interpreted this in more ways (like Fei simply doesnt like him at all, or he is trespassing a boundary that is not allowed with Fei) but what is sure is that he really got reminded of the fact that this is only a transaction and nothing else, which obviously offended him...
Then to top it all, Fei in kinda panic （/TДT)/ after he got entirely ripped off of his control, reminded Mik again that this is just a deal, so Mik got rough in the end. (⊙…⊙ ) yeah, well, even though I like Mikhail he is entitled enough to get offended by this.
