Hahahah, I was feeling the same. Then a friend of mine told me that it's a thing. Apparently some boxers have this problem due to the hits they got there. Google boxer ears or cauliflower ears, you will see real photos of the boxers with same ears.
Before knowing this, I was really annoyed with his ears.
