Simon from Dark Heaven, not exactly a yaoi, he has one of the best personality, handsome and has a hot body. Since I despise dominant guys, i don't want to date most of the semes in yaoi mangas. Simon is best for me.
(P.s: you wouldn't know his personality that much if you haven't read later chapters on Lezhin)
