I know what you mean, but I think she is using this word more as a fact like he is homosexual, because back in another chapter remember him being exposed. He did played the victim card saying he was forced, that everything was fake that he is no homosexual. So her saying he is a slutty homosexual is more of a fact to her like he was lying about everything back then, this may be the reason why she wanted to show prove to his father. I don’t know this just my thinking
Don’t forget in most places in asia it’s frowned upon, many people there don’t accept it. This is just a representation :)
