i'm so happy the other heroes aren't ass hats, that would really suck. I'm a little worried with his go lucky attitude. You know in these other worlds you have to be mentally strong, or a least really physically strong. he seems kind of innocent like, " another world, so cool, just like the games and manga, lets have fun." Doesn't seem like he really realizes the seriousness of the situation.

Well, given that she's a dryad she can't follow him. Dryad's are traditionally tied to the tree where they are found.
Though, it seems this one can travel to any tree she wishes. So I don't think we've seen the last of her.
I can't discount the possibility of a harem. But given his personality, it is hard to picture him with one. He's not exactly a chick magnet.
