You should probably just listen to peaceful songs like lofi or some sort of relaxing song, idk but it works on me. If that doesn't help just try and rest your eye, close it, then think of something like your love one(if ur dating someone) or husbands wives y'know? just thinking of u and them well some sort of a story make it yourself. I don't know......   reply
