Being sick and not being able to continue your work for a long time is a bad thing too.

I only meant that once she gets better she can continue the stories she was writing, whereas with some of her other stories (like the one with the food truck chef and designer) she is legally never allowed to finish, which she has said herself upsets her.

You don't actually know me and you don't know what my language is or if I have disabilities that make me unable to speak/write properly. You want to talk about being insensitive, you are being insensitive by being so confrontational. It was a just a comment not a statement on who I am. It's people like you who make people not join groups for fear of being judged. By the way it takes me long to make this comment because I do have a disability that makes it hard to choose words. So, maybe be less insensitive yourself.

Like, thanks for explaining the situation and we literally all knew you meant well when you said that, but all the other person did was point out that it wasn't appropriate or a good thing to say "at least she's sick"
You could've literally just said, "Oh sorry, I didn't mean for it to seem like that" but instead you continued and included things about your private life. Of course the other person doesn't know you, so how the hell would they know you have a disability or something ;-;
Continuing with a rude comment after the way you put the first comment wasn't necessary at all.

Don't worry, everyone reading your statement knew what you meant. Those two who decided to tell you how "insensitive" you were being are jokes. Who are they to be so effing rude and then blame you for their rudeness, saying "I just had to point out how insensitive you're being", while doing the same things themselves. Sometimes when you're reading along and you see an asshole, you have to stop and point and say, look there's an asshole. It's always the person who believes they have the right, that they're superior enough to tell someone else what they can or cannot say, and then expecting them to "acknowledge" it with a heartfelt thanks, what a load. These are the same people who will end their grand statements with how immature you are when I think they need to be looking inward and maybe taking a good long look at themselves.
