It may be slow, but I don't think it's boring. The story is so far so good. If you compare it to season one that was only about fighting it may seem that way, but it's still pretty much the same, now just gives more space to talk about Seth and how he's trying to get rid of his curse.

honestly at first I was also kind of afraid that this would turn into a toxic and fxcked up story w no plot but it actually is so interesting! the dynamic at first was kind of toxic but the further you read the more the dynamic changes into the better due to more context on the semes behaviour. it still is psychological and sometimes disturbing but its worth it if you like that stuff
Currently on chapter 9 and this is such an amazing read so far, it's twisted for sure but it's also well written and self aware.
One sentence that stuck with me and which I commented above was "rape isn't sex" which the protagonist says.
