I do not know what you mean with the original version.
The Manga Volumes are all the same with the exact same content, only with different covers.
The Libre Limited Edition has Asami on the cover, The Animate Limited Edition Akihito and the Amazon Limited Edition has Feilong.
Each of these comes with an extra booklet then: The Asami and Feilong versions come with the "Birthday Extra"-booklet you mentioned, the Akihito version comes with the "Behind the scenes"-booklet.
But the respective Manga books are really exactly the same save for the cover.
Then you can also order from different online shop which send a gift as well, a signed picture of Asami or Asami and Akihito wearing silly hats and being at a BBQ or something..
