Hello. I'm looking for a manga where people put on some sort of headgear and enter into a 'dream world' that has 3 layers. They can create individual rooms, but there is also a 'world' where they can mingle with others. The mc is a guy who is very strong, considered a God who mysteriously retired or something (high end something). He joins a university club that is dedicated to this dream thing, as a newbie. He also does some assassin work in the dream world and gives a girl( how is a real n00b) a dragon. Again this is not yaoi. Thank you in advance for any help!

Try Spice and Wolf, it's fantasy but it deals with medieval trading (one of the main character is a merchant) and talks a lot about business and it has a little bit of romance :)
