It will probably feel worse in the long run regretting your choice if you choose not to speak up about it. Momentary embarrassment is overshadowed by life long regret. Its a hard choice but in the end if you are set on it, do it. It is your life and you're an adult who can make their own decisions, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone.

So basically you took ab psychology because the school won't let athletes take medical courses, and you told your coach that you'd continue playing and got a scholarship, which you wanted so that your sister wouldn't pay for your tuition anymore after what you've overheard her say. Honestly, I think you should take PT and stop doing football, which I know will be very hard for you to do because of your connections.
