He can't, because the target of bind must be able to be affected by Han Yoojin. Like after he told the target ‘I Love You’ the target must feel touched by that word (in chapter 63 when Yoojin want to bind with Hyuna Moon)
And Yoojin knew if he bind with the guild leader or the assossiation leader, it won’t work for them because they’ll not affected by that word
So, what is the skill made for if it can't be used to guild leader? Or guild leader thing is built different from any s classes?
