Can someone explain to me the beginning? I didn’t understand what she did and for what. Why is she the Queen? Why did they kill her?
I saw in some comments that the FL become a queen for her brother but before she do that she told that to her younger brother about his plan, but the FL doesn't know that her younger brother doesn't receive any letters (the one who received the letter is her father and he doesn't give it to her younger brother) .and doesn't know how to read, write because no one teach him.
she married the king and then disposed of the crown prince which led to a rebellion. crown prince took over again with her brother’s help, and was executed as a traitor to the king. she’s kinda like the giving tree except her brother didn’t know she was making these sacrifices to make him heir + a hero. everything she did was out of love for dou （/TДT)/

I don’t hate Duke. He was a well-done character. I feel sorry for him. That doesn’t mean he hasn’t done terrible things. It’s just that he was just a kid in a awful world
Duke is actually great on his own, the thing is from starting he was said to be the best and Jinwoo is like a wall to him which he can't overcome and lost to him multiple times so yeah now he doesnt care he just wants to win...
Also he could be a great rival of jiwoo but nah they went with super obsessed jealousy crap haha but yeah I hoped he would be a great asset fro jiwoo but nah this dude needs his reality check

Indeed... In many of these story's you have it first rival and later on they became friends... Maybe they thought it's too cliche but at this point for jiwoo it would have been a great tool to grow better and faster
