Right, everytime I reread I get a really bummed out by how fast this series ended despite writing such an amazing story TwT

the uke/female lycan takes some pills that are from the seme's/vamp's dad without the vamp knowing. They resolve the whole: why didn't you tell me you can get/are pregnant thing relatively quick. The issue from the seme was more that he feared for the uke's life and more selfishly wanted to monopolize his time. That got solved by uke being turned to vamp later on as well :D

I see, thank you for explaining! Honestly, it still irks me to the core. Pregnancy is no light matter, hiding it from your partner without having discussed it first is unforgivable.

But my irritation has probably got to do more with the whole concept of malepreg itself. Fictional men being raised within a reality of similar stereotypes as the world we live in, thinking they can handle a child. The fact that he hid it is evidence.

they’re fictional for a reason. i dont have a problem if mpreg doesn’t suit your taste and you don’t have to actually like it. but mc hid the pregnancy for a reason. it’s not like the pregnancy were guaranteed as mc was just being experimented on as part of a deal he made with the ml’s “father” figure in exchange for saving the ml’s life. there was no telling that it was going to be successful since he was just a half lycan. not because they couldn’t handle a child whatsoever
