I'm not quite sure about this, but isn't uncesoring done by a redrawer hired by the platform offering the uncesored version? (like Lezhin US) That is probably why it looks so off, bc it's not done by the original artist. It'd make sense. Dicks are drawn in such a weird way in manhwa, but they're gorgeous in manga.
