No, that's not true. The uke turned down the money the last time they had sex and he is not going to be a prostitute any more. However, he still doesn't believe in sappy romance so the seme had to offer him money to go on a romantic date. At the end, even though he actually ended up enjoying the date, he still wanted the money he was promised. Because a promise is a promise, right? I'm pretty sure that was just for cute comedy.

Thanks to the comments, I knew how to face this story and I must say, I'm not sorry for Hoshina. He knew the situation yet forced himself in trying to see if he could win Miwa over, then he got burnt. He knew full well that Miwa's heart was not in it. Ha ha ha sucka!
