Anyone else feels that the ML looks like Jinshi from Kusuriya no Hitorigoto?

You know I just had this one thought - initially ML didn't believe MC was from another world and boom MC disappeared for a few days and reappeared which could only be explained by him going to another world. Then ML also didn't believe in the alpha omega genders at the beginning and boom his daughter became an alpha, probably the new gender that can recognized at a glance due to having a peepee while being female (after all male omegas not have a vagina which can be seen at a glance. While male alphas and female omegas are basically normal males and females)
Of course this is most likely a coincidence (or maybe not?)
There are 4 ending options
1. Hinase turns female and ends up with Ritsu (female childhood friend) - Ch 42, 43
2. Hinase turns female and ends up with Shiori (male childhood friend) - Ch 44
3. Hinase turns male and ends up with Ritsu - Ch 45
4. Hinase turns male and ends up with Shiori - Ch 46, 47
From Ch 41.5 starts these endings options.
Ch 44.5 tells Azusa, the doctor/ Shiori's brother's story.
Ch 44.6 tells Kinoshita's story, the short haired friend of Ritsu.
Ch 47.5 tells Shirogane's story, Shiori's friend and the guy who had a crush on his childhood male friend.
My favorite ending personally is the fourth one. Also, I feel so bad for Shirogane, like give my boy a love interest ffs.
I enjoy both endings in a same-sex relationship because I feel the author put more thought into them then in the others.

Why is everyone so bitter over Sasha being with Arth and not Rebecca and Naska? They were all people with a sorta sad past.
People saying it would have been better if Sasha ended up with Rebecca, I can still understand. With Sasha's love and care towards her and vice versa. But why Naska over Arth? Naska's like a child and he'll probably live much much longer than Sasha and the others. Even if they ended up together, Naska would just fall into depression after Sasha dies, meaning all 3 would have been sad. At least, choosing either Arth or Rebecca means one person was happy till the end
Back to Sasha X Rebecca, is it that hard to have a precious friendship? Unlike Rebecca, Sasha is straight and was straight from the beginning. So Rebecca was always a best friend to her, her soul mate (not in a romantic way).
If you read "Ciel~the Last Autumn Story~ Manhwa" then you could see their relationship was similar to Yvette and Lariette. (Though honestly their chemistry was better than Sasha and Rebecca.) Yvette also has ML who she loves and who loves her but *spoiler alert*
she cared too much about Lariette and after her death, Yvette became crazy and obsessed with destroying the world. Yvette and ML broke apart due to this (and due to the fact ML could kinda see the future and sensed Lariette's death but didn't/couldn't prevent it)
Anyways, back to what I was saying, Rebecca and Sasha are better as friends. The story didn't need to be GL to be amazing. Arth is also not bad. Stop hating him so much.
Damn the ML. If only he didn't appear the trio would love their perfect lives. So what if it's incest and all as long as everyone's willing and okay with it? It's not even like there was any grooming or such. Urgh.
I wanted to read this until I read some of the comments about Shino's best friend kissed her boyfriend and her brother actually didn't support Shino?! So I went and read those specific chs and I feel so shitty!
Like I now hate Saki and don't give a damn fuck about how she's sorry and all. If she liked the boyfriend of her bestfriend, she had two options:
1. Give up on it. It's bros over hoes.
2. Confess to Shino about it. Probably break the friendship or become more distanced (if she still wanted to date with the guy and make them break up) It's hoes over bros.
At least in the second scenario, Shino won't feel as betrayed. But to get to know that your bestfriend kissed your boyfriend? Now that's betrayal. The disgust I have for Saki will never go away. So much for being a "good girl".
I feel so damn bad for Shino. As if it's not enough she got betrayed by her bestie and boyfriend, but her own brother is supporting her bestie. If it were me, I would've damn broken my relationship with this kind of brother.
If this shit happened to my sister, I would have made those the lives of those two a hell! They would suffer as long as my sister would suffer. Traitors don't deserve to be forgiven. I would probably attempt to ruin their social life, by spreading what they did so their reputation gets ruined.

Totally understandable your opinion, even Shino knows they can't come back to the same relationship they had, so she kept a distance, while wishing the best for her, and that's honestly the most positive ending.
I honestly liked how mature she was, but if it was me, and I'm sure many other girls, couldn't do it to maintain normality, so it's not that realistic.
Ok what if instead of being a normal telepath, Mitsumasa and Kie's child has the power to let people read other people's mind? Which is why Kie could hear their thoughts for a second?
From what one comment said about ML losing his memory, and his mother wanting to separate ML and FL to let him be with the villainess, it remind me of a BL novel.
The ML (seme) in it also lost his memory after saving the MC (uke). The ML's mother introduced a girl to ML saying she was his fiancee and that ML loved her very much. MC who was hospitalized until this point barges in at this point but couldn't say anything iirc. MC was about to leave disappointed but ML yelled at his mother, calling her a liar and that even though he remembered nothing, he remembers that he loves Chu Qin (MC)

Ngl, but while rereading it I kinda hate how the father ended up with Jisoo.
Like it's not that I hate Jisoo but I hate the way he choose her and all. Dr. Shin and everything seemed to portray Jisoo as a pitiful girl who is in love with Sangbum for decades. She saved Sangbum but nobody realised it (except Dr. Shin and that woman) and it got credited to Heegyung.
Honestly all this drama could have been avoided if she just said that she's Sangbum's childhood friend and that she was the one who saved her.
Jisoo said she didn't want to say it cuz Heegyung also liked Sangbum and all. But was this really good for Heegyung? This made Heegyung be deceived into thinking she saved Sangbum for years! Also, just as Heegyung was going to get her happily ever after, Dr. Shin had to ruin it.
I realised Jisoo will be the endgame with Sangbum before but the way the author gave Heegyung hope then destroyed it is really nasty. I would rather Sangbum married Heegyung and then Heegyung died young of illness then after a few years he settled with Jisoo. Either this or just made him pick Jisoo from the beginning before telling Heegyung about his plans to marry her.
